Welcome to Paw Rule. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at pawrule.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from us. Paw Rule is a trade name of Galiana Creative, a company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK).

2. Dropshipping Disclosure & Shipping

Paw Rule operates as a dropshipping entity. This means that when you place an order, the product is shipped directly from our third-party suppliers (often located outside of the EU) to you.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or international transit.

  • Import Duties: As the importer of record, you may be subject to import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees upon the arrival of the package in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive for 100% accuracy, but we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.

4. Products and Pricing

  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Displays: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Dutch and EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason.

  • Exceptions: Custom-made items or hygienic products (if the seal is broken) may be exempt from this right.

  • Returns: To exercise this right, you must notify us via email. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on how to return items and receive credits. In the case of dropshipping, items may need to be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands or to the original supplier, depending on the specific case.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
