Welcome to Paw Rule. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pawrule.com and purchases from us. Paw Rule is a trade name of Galiana Creative, a company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK).
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. General conditions
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. We may refuse service where permitted by law.

2. Fulfilment and shipping
Paw Rule is the seller and your point of contact for orders, delivery and returns. Our current Van der Meer range is fulfilled from Rotterdam in the Netherlands. We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Available destinations, charges and delivery estimates are shown before payment and explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates may change if an item is unavailable or a carrier is delayed. We will contact you about a significant delay. For order questions, email support@pawrule.com.
3. Product information and pricing
We take reasonable care to keep product information, prices, images and availability current. Product colours can appear differently on different screens. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.
4. Consumer rights and returns
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights. See our Refund Policy for withdrawal, return and refund information.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not affect mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence.
