Shipping policy

Welcome to Paw Rule. We are committed to delivering high-quality pet products to our customers across the Netherlands and Europe. As we operate on a dropshipping model, please review the following terms to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping to the Netherlands and all countries within the European Union.

  • Standard Shipping: [e.g., Free / €4.95]

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 21 business days.

Please Note: Because we ship directly from our international suppliers to keep prices low, delivery times are longer than local Dutch webshops. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, postal strikes, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and VAT

Paw Rule (Galiana Creative) is based in the Netherlands. For orders shipped from outside the EU:

  • VAT: Since July 1, 2021, VAT is applicable to all commercial goods imported into the EU. Depending on the checkout configuration, VAT may be collected at the time of purchase.

  • Import Duties: For orders over €150, or depending on specific national regulations, your package may be subject to import duties or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Clearance: Paw Rule is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. If you are located outside the EU and wish to order, please contact our support team to see if delivery is possible.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Paw Rule is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our supplier due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is still missing after 3 days from the marked delivery date, contact us at support@pawrule.com.
