Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

How much is shipping?

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Orders delivered in the Netherlands receive free shipping from €50.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. Delivery times can vary by product and destination; contact support@pawrule.com before ordering if you need help with a specific item.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for the order as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Can I return an item?

You have 30 days to request a return. Email support@pawrule.com with your order number and a short description, and we will help you with the next steps.
